      It feels good to work at a place where you're contributing to something that helps people. The people who work here are genuine and passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Every place has its cons...even at Accuray. Sometimes it's difficult to understand decisions that are made. Overall, I just remind myself that I need to keep my skills sharp and my resume fresh, in case of a layoff.

      Continuis opportunities to improve technology, process, and support teams to make ground breaking products. Company is very flexible with remote or office locations and team is passionate about the technology and it's customers

      Used to be an amazing place to work when sales leadership knew the business If the territory had opportunities, there was decent money to be made

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke from the CEO to the GM Constant revolving door of leadership leads to nothing moving forward Dominated by Varian with no chance of catching up
