Learned many new thigs in terms of IT and also participated in webinars which was never part of my job in any company. got exposure to do lot in terms of Marketing and customer support. Overall good experience.

The working culture needs lot of improvement. The GR needs to define a proper job role so that non of employee is frustated to do other department work. The company head must have clear vision and goals and have faith in their employees.
