Company was very liberal, no micromanagers, everyone knew his or her job and got it done.
Small company, 10 in the front office, 12-15 people in Production.
If you needed time off to do something, or needed to leave for a few hours, or leave early, it was never an issue.

Cons
Not always a team environment. Lots of patronizing to get things done. No sense of urgency. Very weak leadership at the top level. Leadership afraid of confrontations.
Communication between department heads at times can best be described as patronizing.
