Hello Student Advisor it is sad to hear how negative you feel about your years of work time spent with the Company. When our team members leave the company an exit interview process is undertaken including having a confidential questionnaire shared. None of your "cons' or "advice to management" have been brought forward since the current HR Department has been in place. The items you mention are serious and would merit immediate attention. The company does provide training sessions for both job training and professional development. As well department wide job analysis reviews are conducted annually. As you are aware the company does have an open door policy and formal complaints procedures for both employees and students.
