Great learning experience and good work-life balance - Software Developer Ace Analytics Employee Review

I worked at Ace Analytics as a remote team member, and my overall experience has been very positive. The work culture is supportive, flexible, and focused on learning and ownership. A special mention to my Team Lead, Anand Padhiyar — he is extremely supportive, approachable, and always willing to guide and mentor. He gives clear direction, trusts the team, and encourages continuous improvement without micromanagement. The leadership is another strong point. Birud Vora, CEO, is very grounded, transparent, and genuinely cares about both the company and its people. Even in a remote setup, communication from leadership felt open and inclusive.
