      Pros

      The pay is high and some of the people are pleasant. Lots of opportunities to move to other departments. Annual bonuses and CPI increases

      Cons

      Management are hired based on their friendship with the other management and once they're promoted, they can't do the role or they make everyone's lives miserable. There is no accountability without HR interference.
