      Pros

      Employee owned company puts people first. Great benefits, hybrid work environment, friendly people and good leadership. People are expected to have a life outside of the company. Work life balance is usually good, although sometimes project deadlines all hit at once, making it very busy.

      Interesting work and people True work-life balance Excellent benefits Respectful and collegial culture Employee owned! Hybrid job. 2 days in the office and 3 at home

      Cons

      Commute can be tough if you're not in the Cambridge area, but that's what being hybrid is for.
