      Pros

      There's nothing positive I can say except that some people here are nice.

      Cons

      The list can be extensive and may include bad management, extreme micromanagement, notorious favoritism, and atrocious creative leadership. Now, what truly made me realize I needed to leave was when, during a meeting, there was the heartbreaking news of someone's significant other passing away, and the CEO's first words were a joke about it, followed by his sycophantic group laughing at it. Right there I knew I had to leave, and I'm really happy I did.

      Pros

      The people. Flat out. I've worked in a lot of agencies that were cold and aloof and back-stabbing, but Acento is one of the best. I truly care and love for all of them

      Cons

      Haven't gotten a raise for 3 years. I get it and understand, but bills and expenses haven't gone down either.

      Pros

      There are some very smart people who are great at their job and some are even nice.

      Cons

      There's a lot of favoritism and politics. If you're not part of the clic you may have an upward battle ahead of you. Not everyone is what they seem.
