Work from home and probably nothing else

Cons

Losing business in their core areas No new deals signed Lot of senior management leaving or fired No growth path New senior management is unavailable to listen to us The culture has become very toxic. Since business is not coming in the Senior management feels firing existing employees and hiring new ones will solve the problem

Supervisors are good at placating employees

Cons

For a mental health company, it is dangerous to force employees to work while sick and incapacitated because how can someone appropriately deal with suicidal clients when they are sick and not able to think clearly? No matter how good or bad your reviews are everyone gets the exact same merit based salary increase. Worst absence point system of any corporation I have ever seen. 2 points PER DAY for absences that are not pre-planned and approved. Meaning if you get sick and are in the hospital for 5 days with a doctors note you will still be placed on a final notice because you didn't request that week off more than 2 weeks in advance. Even if you have weeks of PTO saved up because you are normally dependable.
