      Pros

      Team I work with is absolutely great and being able to work remote has great flexibility

      Cons

      You are basically stuck where you live and have to let someone know if you want to travel within the US and work, you cannot work remote from outside the US. On call also once a mont 24/7 and you don't really get to pick which week you will be on call for. Benefits and pay are not the greatest either, tried to negotiate but no room for negotiation

      Supervisors are good at placating employees

      Cons

      For a mental health company, it is dangerous to force employees to work while sick and incapacitated because how can someone appropriately deal with suicidal clients when they are sick and not able to think clearly? No matter how good or bad your reviews are everyone gets the exact same merit based salary increase. Worst absence point system of any corporation I have ever seen. 2 points PER DAY for absences that are not pre-planned and approved. Meaning if you get sick and are in the hospital for 5 days with a doctors note you will still be placed on a final notice because you didn't request that week off more than 2 weeks in advance. Even if you have weeks of PTO saved up because you are normally dependable.
