Pros

For the most part everyone is cooperative and collaborative. Given there has been some recent acquisitions the company has managed to keep its culture in tact.

Cons

Annual "raises" have been meager. With the acquisitions it feels like the growth of the company has become THE priority. The excitement around new branding is awesome but that does nothing for the increased cost of living.

Pros

Supervisors are good at placating employees

Cons

For a mental health company, it is dangerous to force employees to work while sick and incapacitated because how can someone appropriately deal with suicidal clients when they are sick and not able to think clearly? No matter how good or bad your reviews are everyone gets the exact same merit based salary increase. Worst absence point system of any corporation I have ever seen. 2 points PER DAY for absences that are not pre-planned and approved. Meaning if you get sick and are in the hospital for 5 days with a doctors note you will still be placed on a final notice because you didn't request that week off more than 2 weeks in advance. Even if you have weeks of PTO saved up because you are normally dependable.
