1. Work from home 2. Flexible work hours

Cons

1. No recognition for your hard or smart work because its part of your job 2. You upskill to meet the project needs but you wont be appreciated because its part of your job 3. You work late night, some times you see the next day rising, but you wont even get a thank you mail, because its part of your job 4. You have to learn the new technology, teach your junior, write code, deliver on time, train Testers, identify issues in requirement documents, basically do everything, but you wont be rewarded, because its part of your job 5. After nights of hard work, One defect Just one defect you will be treated like a Complete failure with endless mails from Manager. You will never be valued for your skills

Pros

Supervisors are good at placating employees

Cons

For a mental health company, it is dangerous to force employees to work while sick and incapacitated because how can someone appropriately deal with suicidal clients when they are sick and not able to think clearly? No matter how good or bad your reviews are everyone gets the exact same merit based salary increase. Worst absence point system of any corporation I have ever seen. 2 points PER DAY for absences that are not pre-planned and approved. Meaning if you get sick and are in the hospital for 5 days with a doctors note you will still be placed on a final notice because you didn't request that week off more than 2 weeks in advance. Even if you have weeks of PTO saved up because you are normally dependable.
