Unfortunately, my experience with the organization has been disappointing. Leadership appears to prioritize the company’s bottom line over employee well-being, ethics, and morale. This has contributed to a culture marked by dysfunction, toxicity, poor communication, and low team morale. Key concerns include: Lack of transparency and support from leadership No annual salary increases in 2024, despite rising workloads A leadership style within finance that feels authoritarian and discourages open dialogue Limited investment in employee resources, development and or recognition Many roles are being outsourced to India and long time, dedicated employees here in the U.S. are being replaced to save the company money on salaries Given these challenges, I would not recommend this workplace to others seeking a healthy, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
