      If in a position where you don't see clients, it would be nice to be able to dress for your day and wear jeans when no meetings are happening.

      Pros

      - wonderful, friendly staff & higher ups - if you’re in the office, amazing work environment - room for growth - helping families!

      Cons

      - the low pay is by far the biggest con. livable wage for a single adult in Erie is more than $20/hr—many AC employees will not reach this. - it can be hard to keep up with changes - LECOM involvement is (rightfully) concerning to some.
