Pros
Kids are pushed a lot more than at other schools and are constantly told they can succeed. Parents are engaged and willing to push kids at home.
Cons
Little to no work life balance. It's difficult to keep kids engaged at the end of really long days. Culture can sometimes spiral out of control with some groups of kids and the blame is often solely placed on teachers and their actions.
