You will meet some of fun young people. So many quit each year that the staff average age is less than 30 at all times. (I left when I turned 31)
Cons
The people who stay are the least competent so your leadership groups are made of people who are not educated, knowledgeable or in any sense good at their jobs. If you are in any sense competent and responsible other people's work will be dumped on you.
