Pros
Great place to contribute to a design from planning to tape-out, especially in a India where most companies have only execution related work to offer. Very deep insight into entire chip design process, quite unique in Bangalore. A lot of learning and a steep ramp up curve Small company atmosphere and a smart set of people to work with Hard work required, but not unnecessarily long hours
Cons
Can be unnerving to see how much plans can change Don't always have back-up experts to rely on for guidance. The responsibilities can feel heavy at times, knowing you're where the buck stops
