Thanks for your feedback. It's unfortunate you did not have as good of an experience as the majority of our employees have. I would definitely like to address your claim of nepotism. At Acima we strive very hard to ensure each part of the company is led by the best person. Your claim of nepotism implies we do not have the best people in each leadership position. Let me give you some insight. Of the 5 people on our executive leadership team, no one is related to the CEO. Of the 12 VPs and Directors on our team 2 are related to the CEO. Of our 8 department managers 1 is related to the CEO. So, of the 25 leadership positions within the company, 3 are related to our CEO. These three individuals are the best people for their respective responsibilities. They have worked in the trenches and fully understand our business. One of them is our top sales person. Considering we started only 4 years ago in a one-room office and now employ over 250 employees in one of the best office spaces in the valley with an outstanding culture (and have been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the state), I think we're doing pretty well with the leaders we have.
