Pros
Ackerman is a new company. The managers have decades of experience and are able to teach sales and installation of security systems. They also assist employee with installments and problem solving.
Cons
The company is small, bought out by a smaller company. They are unable to consistently pay out employees for the work they have done. I personally have had training pay missed multiple times in the beginning as well as missing money on other paychecks and my final paycheck. They tell you that you are the reason they could not pay fully and that they will pay in full next paycheck. Sales controls the work for technicians which causes weeks of droughts with no jobs. No minimum income when jobs are low. High turnover rate. Toxic work environment. The sales team and tech team are in a constant battle of who is right and wrong.
