Everything! Pay is pathetic, not even minimum wage but junior staff with very minimal experience are expected to work tirelessly. No professionalism, senior management are always bullying staff member and treating people like children. It’s like being in a school playground being told off for not meeting unrealistic targets. This place has no care for your mental health, and will put you under unbelievable pressure. Training is very minimal and junior staff without the correct support and knowledge are expected to take on their own case load. There are new starters every week because people are constantly leaving after experience the toxicity. It’s a real wonder how the place is still running!
