Pros

Everyone at ACLIVITI works here because we believe in what we are building, and enjoy figuring out the tough problems that come with being a small company engaging with fortune 1000 clients. Management is dedicated to ensuring every employee has a healthy work life balance, and allocates resources on a quarterly basis that contribute to personal and professional development. The unique engagement levels we maintain with our clients presents opportunities to witness the complex inter-workings and decision making tactics of C suite executives in some of the largest companies in Chicago. I strongly believe anyone interested in how business operates and investment opportunities are evaluated would love working here. Executive management is also incredibly transparent with the company's financial health, accounting breakdowns and investment strategy.

Cons

Cramped office space and a lot of fantasy football discussion. Also, general start up pains including less structured on-boarding and training plans (although those are improving by the day). The rate we are growing requires everyone to be flexible and adaptable to constant change which is exciting for a while but threatens burn out - This is why work life balance is so important to executive management team.
