Pros
Stable employer, but hours are long and the pay is short. Most of the benefits have been eliminated such as the pension plan... gone. Annual raises come about every 18-24 months and are only 1%.
Cons
Fixed raises of 1% for the last 6 years, no chance for promotion, no future, systematic elimination of benefits, large insurance premium increases each year more than offset the 1% raise decreasing the overall take home pay each year. Every one that can has retired.
