Pros
most co-workers are nice, beautiful corp office, you get paid
Cons
company values, policies, etc. are not always what really happens, management is overpaid while hourly is underpaid, same positions are not paid the same (30+% difference), raises are not even enough to cover inflation, performance review - nope that doesn't happen, career growth and opportunities - there is none, management does not listen about co-workers being overly agressive/rude to others or imbalanced workloads
