Pros
As cell operator, manufacturing was consistent and staff took quality control seriously. Flexible work environment without dropping standards. A little rough training as each person does the job slightly different but overall several knowledgeable coworkers.
Cons
As a temp, the company doesn't hire for six months. That's too long for someone who's looking for permanent work. Also, the minimum wage is not attractive when the gas station pays better.
