      Everything. Managers who are control freaks and won't let you do what you are supposed to be paid for.. can't even remember arrange a training room. Bullying tactics and horrible atmosphere to work.

      Many short hours (1 to 2 hours) project if that's what you are looking for.

      Cons

      Exploitation. Very low pay for both trainer and facilitator.
