Acosta-Inflexible or just right all the time? - Unit Manager Acosta Employee Review

Acosta is a very large company and distinguishing yourself from the masses is difficult to do.  It is also, I believe, a rather inflexible organization. The company has begun to pass on some of the costs of doing business to its employees rather than to its customers. Acosta's health benefits are on the stingy side and their payroll processes are out-dated.
