      Pros

      flexible, easy work, Not many pros when you get yelled at for asking questions.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, just reduced car allowance starting 10/1 by 30 percent. 1 raise in seven years and only .25 an hour what a slap in the face!!! Local management is horrible!!! Very unprofessional.
