Pros
Large client portfolio gives you access to varying business models and strategies, and if you're willing to tough it out, it's a great place to learn the CPG industry through the many client experiences.
Cons
There is very little opportunity for professional development or advancement unless in Toronto or Jacksonville. Lower salary because it's a broker and not a manufacturer.
