Pros

There are no pros for a company that can’t take care of their own employees.

Cons

Pay. Hours. Very unstable work conditions. Lay offs occur every 6-12 months and you never know if you’ll continue to be employed or not. When changes occur that frequently, that means there is a problem with the way the company is managed. Or should I say “mismanaged”. There is no continuity for reps in the field. Hours are cut continuously and reps are being told different rules and policies seems like every week because Acosta upper management can’t get on the same page. There is no consistency across the board. And that’s exactly what reps need. Motivation and morale are completely gone. Turnover is horrific and you can’t keep employees when they are horrifically underpaid. Most Of Acosta’s regions are paid at $12 an hour and nearly all other companies are hiring now at $17 per hour minimum. Why would someone work for a company that can’t even get their reps on a regular pay paid pay scale. And then upper mgmt wonders why they can’t get quality employees and keep them. There’s your sign.

Pros

No pros whatsoever. Regional manager was horrific as well as the mgmt team overseeing the Walmart Direct Team.

Cons

All cons. Nothing about this job was worth the stress. Infact, this job should require hazard duty pay for the sheer amount of stress that it places on your mental health and physical health.
