      - Monthly allowance - HMO and mandated government - Events and activities - Active Work - Life balance. - Office accessibility to the mall and other restaurants in BGC. - Client-focus - Australian clients (mostly) - Day Shift

      Cons

      General: - Lack of opportunity for promotions. - Lack of e-Learnings/Leadership programs. Office: - Located at the 24th floor. - No bonuses (on my account) - Strictly no phones allowed on ops area - No store or any vendo machine at pantry area.

      Pros

      The companies that they are serving are really good companies from the U.S , UK and AU - You can expect to receive an average pay or compensation package but not that great.

      Cons

      - promotions are based on favorites not performance - if you standout with your performance - it doesn't really helps you get promoted in this company. - They have a weird sharing locker policy - this company is super cheap like what kind of company gets an idea that locker sharing is a good thing. My- even the prisoner in U.S have their own cabinets or lockers. This isnt the right way to save cost. Stop partying at Okada - Provide good locker convient to your employees. -
