-No benefits -Working 60-75 hour weeks -On your off days you are still required to conduct interviews and you receive no compensation for that -Traveling is required for about 90% of the job and that is not told to you until you actually start, no gas reimbursements either and a lot of locations are 30mins to 1hr 30mins away. -A lot of misleading information given in the interview -Lack of work life balance -Hourly pay is 12 dollars equating to $500 a week for 40 hours when in reality you work way more than 40 hours. You can make more if you sell over $500 in commission. -Mandatory breakfast meetings at 7:15am at least once a week -Management involved in employees personal lives trying to “coach/mentor” -Will hire literally anyone -NO PTO
