Best company I have ever worked for in Las Vegas. My earlier review failed to mention 100% APPROVAL of CEO . Industry legend entrepreneur who takes Great care of his People. Family Business that makes everyone family in the business. I learned more about business working for this CEO than any other as well. Awesome Product development.

The downside are related to this industry and how hard it is to get new customers and maintain them.

Acres 4.0 was a great environment to learn. You were constantly switching products and jobs. This really allowed you to carve out most any role you wanted for yourself. -Good Benefits -Ability to work from home -Work hours of your choice

The company seemed to always loose focus. We would start a product repeat it and would dump it if not immediately profitable. Even when consumers and customers demanded the product. In most cases you would step back and make assessment. As to how to support a product or revise it to meet customer demand as well as how to make it profitable but in this case product success was based solely on profitability upon launch not based of customer acceptance and want of a product. -Lack of solid vision -Trying to hard to create a legacy -Who is in Charge? -Lack of the understanding that it takes a team
