Management was inconsistent and often withheld key information, which made the role difficult to navigate. Expectations were unclear, everything felt urgent, and there was little office culture or healthy work-life balance. The environment felt high-pressure, with everything treated as urgent and an expectation to remain available during PTO. Communication and culture were limited, and unprofessional behavior, including negative comments about employees' body size, contributed to an uncomfortable workplace.
