      Pros

      Acrolinx is a unique company where everyone matters. Senior management has an open door policy where all employees matter. Company communication is it's number one skill. Everyone is given the opportunity to grow within the organization. Management always open to new concepts and ideas.

      Cons

      It would be great to get the remote workforce together more often.

      Acrolinx is absolutely an amazing company to work for. Friendly colleagues, supportive international work environment, great benefits, interesting products, and caring leadership.

      Wonderful colleagues, remote work arrangement

      Cons

      This used to be a great company until the new management arrived in January 2025. The company is sinking and they just did a major layoff. Transparent communication under the previous CEO (Volker) but not anymore. The ratings here apply to the current environment.
