      Acromil, was a professional place to work, with a back log of defense work, unfortunately due to Covid the commercial aerospace portion of the industry to a dive.

      Pros

      Your fellow workers will be very nice and friendly

      Cons

      The general working environment is very high school, management looks down on you. No raises, no thank you's. They wont notify you about overtime or weekend work until the last minute, and will fully expect you to commit to any and all overtime. And a general lack of ability to follow their own protocols
