      Not many left as leadership runs company into the ground

      Cons

      New CEO just says AI over and over like a meme, new Russian HR is already taking away benefits, comp plans are impossible to hit and if you do they get mad, front line leadership is inept at best and sabotages their own employees at worst

      Pros

      Getting to work with great people from all different countries. You are given ownership of your work and able to grow your career more quickly, if you can keep up with the fast pace. Ability to work remote is huge.

      Cons

      Very competitive industry and company is growing so things can change quickly. Fast-paced and dynamic environment is not for everyone. Going through a new growth stage so there are some growing pains.
