Delivery and HR team sucks - Anonymous employee Acronotics Employee Review

Teams get no support from the delivery head and hence struggling at the client’s places badly! They sign SOWs and promise delivery of projects with unrealistic number of projects! They fire people just because the salary of that person is on a higher level and they don’t see the capability of the person! They don’t even give a month’s time ! The HR team is of no good too! The company is going downwards and they might not even exist in a few years
