      Pros

      I never feel I am working in an office; the environment is professional yet friendly. Motivates new talent and give opportunity to learn at grass-root level while offering excellent exposure. Ample time is given and adequate support is provided to learn new skills.

      Cons

      Senior management always keeps trying to maintain a balance which I believe is practically not possible. This sometimes leads to undue advantage given to non-deserving employees.

      Thanks for your review. I personally believe that slow learner and slow poison are two different entities. Let's not mix 'n' match them.

      Great people to work with, flexible scheduling, kind of do your own thing as long as work gets done workplace.
