ActioNet Response
2dThank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
ActioNet has been recognized as a Top Workplace for 13 consecutive years, a distinction based on employee feedback. We are committed to retaining and developing our workforce, investing thousands of dollars annually in employee training and professional development. We also actively promote from within and assist employees in transitioning to other programs whenever possible. A meaningful percentage of our current workforce consists of former employees ("rehires") ActioNeters who chose to return to the company after pursuing opportunities elsewhere.
We believe transparency is essential. Employment offers, compensation, benefits, and job responsibilities are provided in writing, and employees are encouraged to ask questions throughout the hiring process and during their employment. Over the past year, there has been an unusually high volume of government directives, policy changes, and evolving customer requirements that have affected many federal programs and contractors. In some cases, these changes have required adjustments to work assignments, reporting structures, schedules, work locations, staffing levels, or other aspects of employment that were not anticipated when an employee was hired.
We understand that unexpected changes can be frustrating. However, when such changes occur, they are typically the result of customer or government direction rather than company preference. Our responsibility is to comply with contractual and government requirements while communicating impacts to employees as clearly and promptly as possible. While not every change is welcomed, they are not intended to mislead employees, but rather to ensure compliance with the requirements of the programs we support.
We take employee concerns seriously and maintain established channels for raising workplace issues. If you believe there were specific instances where our policies or values were not followed, we encourage you to contact Human Resources directly so that your concerns can be reviewed appropriately.
We continually evaluate employee feedback and remain committed to providing a positive, supportive, and professional work environment for our team members.
