      Pros

      Salary was competitive and on-boarding went smoothly. Existing team members were very professional and helpful with a desire to do the right job.

      Cons

      Interview process took several iterations with various managers. Low education and training budget. Continued to "streamline" management staff, leaving remaining managers more and more workload.

      Wish there was a San Diego main office.

      Commute challenges due to location. Heavy Traffic.
