Pros
People work hard and enjoy good with company sponsored activities like picnics and other things good learning curve on the job with a lot of talented people to guide you
Cons
1) management shows partiality on some employees only. Whoever gets hired and gets fired is as per those few group of ladies and nothing goes beyond them. 2) micromanagement by the higher management. You cannot even write an email or document without review
