Pros

At the end of the day, I was able to work with some very intelligent individuals. I added to my skill set and met some very cool teammates.

Cons

Management - Contract management reminded me of a used car salesman from the 70s. The say anything type that lacked the program management expertise to navigate the challenging customer needs. Management with a get it done mental regardless of the fact that it is wrong. Or, the shady people management of saying one thing to one person while saying something different to another. A team built around smiles and stabbed backs. It was not a healthy organization. I have no idea about the role of upper management. The whole situation is embarrassing for everyone. It appears the company continues to struggle with maintaining and winning contracts. Prior to the Christmas furlough disaster on one of the high visibility contracts, many former employees warned or hinted at their corporate level concerns.
