Pros

Flexible schedule once you have some seniority. Ability to increase PTO with seniority. 401k option, healthcare. Met some great people working with the organization we supported.

Cons

Terrible , if non existent management. Impossible contract quotas, constantly setting employees up to fail. Tremendous never ending workload, favoritism among employees. Favoritism between sites. Withholding information from employees. Not accepting input from employees.

Very flexible on work schedule, great team to work with. Would definitely refer this company to anyone looking for employment.

Cons

Wish there was a San Diego main office.

Commute challenges due to location. Heavy Traffic.
