Pros
The federal clients were very reasonable and fostered a team environment where contractors were treated fairly. There was a high level of appreciation for the work produced.
Cons
The office space in L'Enfant Plaza is infested with Roaches, spiders and bugs that no one could recognize. The exterminator came on several occasions but could not remedy the situation. Aside from the gross physical environment there was not much availability for growth, promotion or personal development. This is a good company to go to on your way to someplace else, unless you are in a management role, this isn't the place for longevity.
