Pros
Coworkers are nice and the dogs are lovely of course! On occasion, there's free snacks or pizza in the break room.
Cons
Low pay, insane revolving door, crap benefits, never enough trained people working to keep up with high demand of services offered. If you know anything about sales (which this position is), you'll be expected to use a script that practically guarantees customers will get mad and yell at you because it won't allow you to answer any of their questions directly.
