Pros
The people that work for the company are its greatest asset. A team of hard working, constantly dedicated people who will do anything to help their co-workers.
Cons
The work is not consistent, we get crazy during the summer and before the holidays where management wants us to work overtime and gives bonus incentives. Then, once the projects are over at the end of the year there are cutbacks and layoffs. This has happened for many years, but has never seemed to be fixed or at least improved.
