Toxic and Micromanaging - Chat Representative ActivEngage Employee Review

This was the hardest I’ve ever worked. The culture of the company is terrible, with micromanaging tendencies that completely erode employee confidence. There is no vision or direction. Management is the worst that I have ever seen. Employees who voice concerns are often shunned or bullied. To top it off, pay is awful, not a single person I knew was being paid a salary they deserved. You request a raise and are told there is simply no money in the budget for it.
