poor management, not much room for growth

If you are good at selling you are a valuable member and earn a lot additional. In addition nice team atmosphere / motivation. You will be thrown into the cold water ... which is good because it really challenge you.

If you are not good you earn not much. You have a kind of pressure to deliver sales, but it is not that strong.
