Pros

'Unlimited PTO', Paid Holidays, Good Tech Stack for tools, Nice office, Snacks, Amazing Co-workers, Work life balance, Eye and Dental paid for, good health insurance options that are affordable, earning potential, career path into AE, AE leadership is 10/10, CEO is amazing, fun events, company meals every other week.

Cons

High pressure to be an AE in the 1st 3 months, Unlimited PTO isn't really unlimited it's just a way to not pay out vacation when you leave and to really track people who seem to be taking too much time regardless of success in the role. Leadership in the BDR department needs some work. If you are looking for good mentorship seek feedback and help from your AE the BDR leader is in ID and has the maturity of a 16 year old boy.. not helpful and picks favorites. When promoted to AE the pay raise is not anything to get excited about. It barely makes a difference and AEs are expected to GRIND, work life balance is not as great in an AE role as BDR. Training program for new BDRs is not great because it is not streamlined or organized well at all. They throw you to the wolves pretty quick and expect you to learn the rest on your own for some (like me) that was no problem but for those just starting out in sales, SaaS, and healthcare/post acute it is hard.
