Pros

Flexible schedules. Bonus options, Fun environment, Leadership really cares about employees, and they are willing to work with you if you work with them. They offer training all the time to help us hit goals. This job is really meaning full as well. Love that we are helping people!

Cons

You do have to work. So if you think this job is one of those where you can do other things and kinda do the job. This is not the job for you.
